Farmstay Gate

Classic Rural Style

The Farmstay Gate is a practical timber gate with a simple, traditional profile that suits rural properties, acreage homes and country gardens. Its straightforward design makes it an easy addition to post and rail fencing, providing a dedicated access point without overpowering the surrounding fence.

Designed with versatility in mind, the Farmstay works well for pedestrian access, side entrances, garden areas, paddocks and smaller openings. Its understated rural character allows the natural timber to remain the feature, creating a gate that feels at home in both working properties and established country landscapes.

The Farmstay Single Gate is available in four Australian timber options. Our Signature range features Ironbark and Cypress, while Premium Hardwood and Hardwood provide more cost-effective alternatives.

A Simple, Traditional Profile

The Farmstay keeps the design uncomplicated, with clean lines and a traditional rural appearance. This makes it particularly versatile when matching existing timber fencing or creating a consistent look across a property.

Rather than relying on decorative detailing, the gate’s appeal comes from its natural timber, solid construction and classic country styling. It can sit comfortably within a traditional rural setting while also complementing more refined acreage landscaping.

Designed for Everyday Access

The Farmstay Gate provides a convenient access point without requiring the scale of a full entrance gate. It is well suited to areas where regular pedestrian or smaller-scale access is needed around the property.

Pair it with Saltram Rural post and rail fencing to create a cohesive boundary, or use it as a standalone timber access gate around gardens, yards, paddocks and other areas of the property.

Four Timber Options

Choose from our four timber options to suit the look and budget of your project.

Our Signature Ironbark and Cypress options offer a premium expression of the Farmstay. Ironbark provides rich colour, density and natural durability, while Cypress brings the warm tones and distinctive character of Australian White Cypress.

For a more accessible option, Premium Hardwood and Hardwood provide an economical way to achieve the traditional look of a timber gate while keeping your overall project budget in check.

Built to Complement Your Fencing

The Farmstay Single Gate is designed to work naturally alongside Saltram Rural’s range of timber post and rail fencing. Its traditional profile allows it to blend into the boundary rather than becoming a visual distraction.

Whether you’re adding an access point to an existing fence or planning a complete new boundary, the Farmstay provides a practical and cohesive timber solution.
