Naturally Suited to Australian Conditions
Ironbark is renowned for its strength, density and natural durability, making it a practical choice for outdoor timber applications. Its deep natural tones also give it a distinctive presence within the landscape.
Over time, untreated Ironbark will weather naturally, developing a softer and more weathered appearance. Alternatively, you can use a suitable SaltraGuard oil or finish to enhance the timber and maintain a richer colour.

Ironbark works particularly well across post and rail fencing, where its density and substantial appearance complement large acreage properties, rural entrances and premium landscapes.
It also brings weight and presence to our timber entrance gates. Paired with considered gate designs and quality hardware, Ironbark creates an entrance that feels established from the moment you arrive.
Ironbark DIY Fence Kits
Our DIY Fence Kits are also available in Australian Ironbark, giving you the flexibility to create a premium timber fence yourself.
The timber is cut to the required lengths, with pre-mortised components available where required. Clear installation information then helps make the construction process straightforward.
Raw or Finished Your Way
Our Ironbark products can be supplied raw, allowing the natural character of the timber to take centre stage. You can also customise the finished appearance with one of our SaltraGuard oils or finishes.
Choose a natural oil to enhance the grain, or create a more distinctive look with black or other available finishes. This gives you the freedom to coordinate your fencing and gates with the wider property.
